What Datalynk is

Datalynk is an enterprise data management and application platform developed by Auxilium Group. Instead of buying a separate system for every department, organizations use Datalynk to build the records, forms, workflows and reports they need on one shared foundation.

A fire service might use it for incident reports and apparatus checks. A manufacturer might use it for work orders and layered audits. A social services agency might use it for scheduling and shift call-outs. Underneath, it is the same platform, configured differently.

How configurable applications work

Every Datalynk application is built from the same building blocks. Because they share one platform, an application can grow with you: a simple form today can become a full workflow with reports and alerts next year, without moving your data to a new system.

• Forms and attachmentsData entry forms for browser, tablet and phone, with photos and files attached directly to the record.

Built for people in the field

Datalynk applications are delivered as installable web apps that work on computers, tablets and phones. They are designed offline-first: staff can keep filling in forms and capturing photos with no connection, and the information is saved on the device and synced to the platform when the connection returns.

Connecting to your other systems
