About Datalynk
What is Datalynk?
Datalynk is an enterprise data management and application platform developed by Auxilium Group. Organizations use it for records management, workflow automation, forms, inspections, scheduling, dispatch and custom business applications, all on one platform.
Is Datalynk off the shelf or custom?
Both. The platform itself is ready to use, and we configure it for your organization: your records, your forms, your workflow steps and your reports. When you need something the configuration cannot do, we can develop it on the platform.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most organizations start with one process, such as an inspection checklist, an incident form or a roster, and add more over time on the same platform and data.
Can Datalynk replace our spreadsheets?
In most cases, yes. A spreadsheet that several people rely on can become a Datalynk application with forms, permissions, a change history and live reports.
Devices and access
Does Datalynk work offline?
Yes. Datalynk field apps are offline-first. Forms and photos can be captured without a connection, saved on the device, and synced automatically when the connection returns.
What devices does it run on?
Datalynk runs in modern web browsers on computers, tablets and phones, and can be installed on a phone or tablet home screen. An Android app is also available.
Can we control who sees what?
Yes. Access is role-based, so each person sees and changes only what their role allows, and records keep a history of changes.
Security and hosting
Where is our data stored?
In Canada. Datalynk is hosted on Auxilium Group infrastructure, which includes data centres in Montreal, Toronto and Scarborough.
Can you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes. Send it to us as part of your review and we will respond directly, along with our current security and assurance documentation.
Buying and getting started
How much does Datalynk cost?
Pricing depends on the applications you need, the number of users and the amount of configuration or development involved. After a conversation about your requirements, we provide a proposal.
Can we bring our existing records across?
Moving existing records is discussed at the start of every project. Tell us where your records are kept today and we will explain what can be brought across and how.
Does Datalynk connect to other systems?
Datalynk has an API and supports integrations such as single sign-on, payroll and alerts. Tell us which systems you use and we will tell you honestly what a connection would involve.
Who supports us after launch?
Auxilium Group does, directly. The same company builds, hosts and supports Datalynk.
