Why equipment goes missing on paper
When equipment is tracked in a spreadsheet, the spreadsheet is out of date the moment something moves. Inspections are recorded somewhere else, repairs somewhere else again, and nobody can quickly answer whether a piece of equipment is ready for use.

RFID tracking: in development
We are developing UHF RFID tracking for Datalynk, using a handheld Bluetooth reader paired with an Android phone to record tagged equipment automatically. This is not yet a released feature. If RFID matters to you, ask us about its current status.
